This policy applies to your installation and use of the App’s features and services, including translation, learning content display and generation, and customer support communications.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on the features you use, we may collect:

• Your input content for translation, content generation, or support communication;
• Device information (OS version, device model, app version, language/region) for performance and compatibility;
• Usage data (feature usage frequency, crash logs/diagnostics if enabled) for improvement;
• Purchase/subscription data from Apple App Store and Google Play (receipt data or purchase tokens) for entitlement verification (not your full payment details);
• Identifiers generated by the app or platform for diagnostics/analytics (for example, an app instance ID), where enabled.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and maintain features (translation, learning content, subscription entitlement checks), improve services and diagnose issues, process and auto-translate support conversations when enabled, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing and Third Parties

We may integrate third-party services (for example, translation APIs, Apple In-App Purchase receipt validation, Google Play Billing purchase token validation, crash analytics, and optional usage analytics). These providers process data only as necessary under their own policies. We do not sell personal data and we do not share data with third parties for their marketing. We may disclose information as required by law.

5. Storage and Security

We retain information only as needed for the purposes described, then delete or anonymize unless the law requires longer retention. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to reduce risks of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. Data in transit is encrypted; stored inputs are minimized and may be encrypted or de-identified.

6. International Transfers

Due to global infrastructure, your data may be processed on servers outside your country, subject to local laws. We take reasonable steps to comply with applicable requirements.

7. Your Rights

Subject to law, you may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent/restriction, and account/data deletion where applicable.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is for general audiences. If a child’s data is collected without guardian consent, we will delete it promptly upon discovery.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will notify you of material changes via in-app notice or other reasonable means. Updates take effect upon posting unless stated otherwise.

10. Platform Disclosures (Apple & Google Play)

This section summarizes how the App interacts with platform services to help you understand Apple App Store and Google Play disclosures.

• Purchases and Subscriptions: We use Apple In-App Purchases and Google Play Billing to process transactions. We receive non-sensitive purchase metadata (for example, receipt data or purchase tokens) to validate entitlements. Payment card details are handled by Apple or Google and are not accessible to us.
• Crash and Diagnostics: If enabled, diagnostics and crash logs may be processed by platform or third-party diagnostics services (for example, Apple diagnostics or Firebase Crashlytics) to improve stability.
• Analytics (optional): Where enabled, we may collect aggregated, non-sensitive usage metrics (for example, feature usage) to improve the App. We do not share analytics data with third parties for their advertising or profiling.
• Advertising and Tracking: The App does not sell personal data and does not use cross-app tracking for targeted advertising. We do not use the Apple IDFA or Google Advertising ID for ads.
• Data Security: Data in transit is encrypted. We minimize data retention and support deletion on request as described in this policy.
